Alignment with Corporate Governance Guidelines

Envida Community Energy Inc., its Board and its management are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and business ethics. The Board, through its Governance Committee, continually evaluates and enhances the Corporation's governance and business practices through a process of self-evaluation and continuous improvement.

The Corporation fully complies with the applicable requirements concerning corporate governance. While we are not a publicly traded company, we target compliance with the corporate governance rules of the Canadian securities regulators.

Each year, our corporate governance practices are reviewed to ensure alignment with our Corporate Governance Guidelines.
